Co Q10 is also known as ubiquinone, & is a vitamin-like substance. It is found within every cell in the human body, but production can decline with age. This product contains 200mg of coenzyme Q10 in a vegetable oil base to aid absorption. The capsules are gelatin-free & suitable for vegetarians, & are made in the UK to pharmaceutical GMP standards.
