Artichoke is believed to stimulate certain digestive juices whose job it is to break up fats present in the food, making them easier to digest; particularly after heavy rich meals. Many people chose to take one or two tablets if they know theyre going to have a big fatty meal to help their digestion. Each Ibesene tablet provides a concentrated extract of artichoke leaves equivalent to 8000mg of dried herb material with a guaranteed level of cynarin, the compound that is believed to have the active properties. The tablets are coated to make them taste free & easy to swallow. Daily intake: 2 to 6 tablets A pale green oval coated tablet. Each tablet delivers: Artichoke 8000mg (as 320mg of a 25:1 extract) providing Cynarin 16mg Tableted With: Di Calcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colours: Titanium Dioxide, Curcumin, Copper Chlorophyllin & Iron Oxide, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum.
