Please be aware that our new starter sets have a minimum purchase quantity of 3 sets, each set containing 3 plants. You may mix & match between starter plants, however all orders consisting of fewer than 3 sets will unfortunately not be processed. Please be aware that this plant is dispatched fresh from the nursery once a week on a Tuesday, for delivery on the Wednesday or Thursday. Please make sure your order is placed by 12pm Monday to ensure you qualify for a Tuesday dispatch. Fuchsia La Campanella is a trailing variety, that produces a mass of very dainty violet & white flowers that last all summer long, right up to the first frosts. This fuchsia is perfect in baskets & containers. La Campanella is a variety of Fuchsia that performs well in full sun, or part shade & flowers from June to August. How to grow: On delivery of your young plants, plant them directly into baskets, or containers, in any good quality compost. Grow them on in warm frost free conditions. After two or three weeks pinch out the growing tips of each plant, to create a bushy plant that will produce masses of flowers. When the risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise Fuchsia plants to outdoor conditions by hardening them off over a period of 7 to 10 days, before putting them in the garden. For best results: Feed & water regularly throughout the growing season. Deadhead faded Fuchsia flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.
