There is so much to see & do if that takes your fancy. But if you fancy, peace, tranquility & walks & cycling from your doorstep, you couldnt be better placed.-== The Studio is a comfortable, spacious & light property offering great accommodation for a couple on their own or with a small child. Renovated to a high standard the accommodation is tastefully decorated. This is a quiet village which has excellent access to the many small market towns that make this part of Norfolk so attractive. The village is surrounded by rolling countryside & enjoys some very attractive views. This is a real home from home with welcoming owners & attractive accommodation. Shop/ Pub: 2 miles== Ground Floor: Kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge with icebox & breakfast bar First Floor: Sitting Room a light & spacious room, with comfortable seating, flatscreen TV & DVD player Bedroom 1 a large room with a king-size bed & a single day bed offering alternative sleeping accommodation if required Shower Room with large shower cubicle, washbasin & wc Garden: Lawn area with patio & garden furniture. Access to the owners own large grounds & woods. Parking: Driveway parking for one to two cars. Heating: Electric central heating included May-Sept & £15 per week Oct-Apr, payable on booking. Also Provided: Towels. Cycles & helmets. Free-range eggs & seasonal vegetables when available. Books & games. Pets: One small dog by arrangement with the owner, please be aware of our booking conditions regarding pets.
