The small coastal village of West Runton lies between Cromer & Sheringham on the North Norfolk coast. There is golf available in the village & a fine sand & pebble beach with exposed rock pools at low tide which are great fun for children. The village is also backed by National Trust woodland offering an abundance of walking opportunities across to Felbrigg Hall & Sheringham Park & the Norfolk Coast Path, all of which give some super views across the countryside. The Bittern & national rail line are accessible from the village & from here you can access Norwich, Sheringham & Cromer & enjoy the opportunity of leaving the car behind. The village has excellent eating places as well as a cafe, butchers, green grocers, newsagents, a small super market & is also close to The Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary.== Hurlingham House is a handsome Victorian house, just a fifteen minute walk from the sea. It is well set back from the road, overlooking the common, which has a small stream. It is a very pleasant & well-equipped house, offering a high standard of accommodation. There is also the benefit of an attractive, good-size garden. Shop/ Pub: 0.25 miles== Ground Floor: Sitting Room 1 pleasantly furnished with comfortable seating,  TV & DVD player Sitting Room 2 with sofa,  TV and a single bed Dining Room with dining table & chairs, hostess trolley & decorative tiled range in the fireplace Cloakroom with washbasin & wc Kitchen with gas range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer First Floor: Bedroom 1 with a double bed & shower Bedroom 2 with a king-size bed Bedroom 3 with twin beds Bedroom 4 with twin beds Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin & wc Garden: Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture & barbecue. Parking: For up to three cars. Heating: G.F.C.H. Also Provided: Books & games.  Two cots
- of  which one is a travel cot & two highchairs on request. Extras: £1 slot meter for electricity use.  Hot water from immersion heater.  Pets: One well-behaved dog welcome however please ensure that pets are kept downstairs at all times, off the furniture & not left unattended in the property at any time. Notes: There is a damages deposit of £100 payable to Norfolk Country Cottages,  two weeks before your holiday. We regret it will not be possible to park caravans or campervans at the property.
