{ } The Switch Dimmable energy saving light bulb will dim from 2% to 100%, & has a digital flicker-free light. It is a 100watt equivalent at full power. Once you've set the dimming level, this level is stored & the bulb will illuminate at this level (even if it is at the minimum) until the level is reset. NOT SUITABLE FOR USE WITH A DIMMER SWITCH (as this may damage the bulb). Switch Dimmable contains its own dimmer
- so use with a conventional light switch. Choose the energy saving bulb if you would like to use a dimmer switch. At the end of its useful life, this energy saving lightbulb should be recycled at any household recycling site. (This is a big difference between tungsten bulbs & compact fluorescents (CFLs)
- you can actually recycle CFLs whilst tungsten bulbs can only go in the bin.) Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure these bulbs work with the majority of dimmers (and this bulb will work with most standard dimmer switches) some dimmers may require more than one bulb to be used to meet their minimum wattage
