How do I prepare Protein Pancake Mix?
- Scoop 50g of powder into a mixing bowl.
- Add 65ml of your favourite plant milk and whisk to a smooth paste.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over a low /medium heat and lightly oil as required.
- Using a large spoon or scoop drop 3 even lots of pancake mix into the pan.
- Cook on the first side for 2 mins before flipping over using a spatula
- Cook for a further 2 mins or until golden brown.
- Serve with a choice of toppings.

Absolute game changer!!
I have never had protein pancakes before, so I really wanted to give these a go. I got the golden syrup flavour. These are genuinely an absolute game changer! I tried the batter which was absolutely stunning. I cooked them (badly, they were half cooked half not), but they were still so tasty. I had them with strawberries, raspberries and melted biscoff. 100% buying a big packet if they're available in my next order.

I personally preferred the vanilla over the maple, but both were very tasty with no proteiny aftertaste.

Makes good pancakes but I like just popping it in a ramekin and making a mug cake/pancake type thing lol. Not too sweet, good texture. Would recommend!
PROTEIN PANCAKE MIX UNFLAVOURED
I got this as a free sample and admit I was sceptical about this as I thought it might taste artificial due to the sucralose sweetener used. However it wasn't and it was very easy to use. Highly recommend if pancakes are your thing.

Easy, Fluffy, Delish
I was not disappointed by this pancake mix. They're quick to make and dead easy to cook. The resulting pancakes are fluffy light and delish! Lovely if topped off with a little sliver of flora plant butter. Perfect! 👌
The Easiest Yummiest Pancake Mix Ever
I was so surprised with how little effort these were to make perfect, and also that it makes 4 big fluffy thick pancakes! The flavour especially of the golden syrup ones is spot on, and they just make the perfect easy breakfast in the week or make it more indulgent at the weekend when you have more time! Easy peasy and I love!
