Flight Mate Ear Plugs are extremely helpful in reducing pressure in your ears during flight, while not blocking normal voices. They reduce pressure and noise in your ears during flights. Fitting and care instructions: Gently pull ear outward and upward and insert plug into ear canal with slight twisting motion. Do not use force. Allow plug to sit comfortably in ear. If painful, remove and reinsert. Check that strong background noises are blocked while normal speech can be heard. If you can’t hear normal voices, plug is inserted wrongly. Wash with warm soapy or 70% alcohol. When not in use, keep in plastic box supplied. In case of ear infection or other ear problems, consult with doctor before use. Caution – for external use only. Not suitable for children under 12 years old.
