Flight Mate Ear Plugs are extremely helpful in reducing pressure in your ears during flight, while not blocking normal voices. They reduce pressure & noise in your ears during flights. Fitting & care instructions: Gently pull ear outward & upward & insert plug into ear canal with slight twisting motion. Do not use force. Allow plug to sit comfortably in ear.
