The Smeg Pyrolitic Multifunction Oven SCP112SGB comes in a silver glass colour & has a main cavity capacity of 68 litres, ideal for the bigger household. The SCP112SGB is part of the Linea range whose aesthetics expresses essential symmetry, underscored by slim-line handles, one touch illuminated controls & stylish use of glass. The SCP112SGB features pyrolitic cleaning which works by heating the inside of the oven at 500°C at which temperature any grease stuck to the walls is simply burned off. The pyrolitic cycle is carried out in total safety thanks to the quadruple glazed door which ensures that the outside oven temperature will be maintained at a relatively cool level, & is combined with a special safety device which locks the door for the duration of the process. This oven features a cooler door, which indicates that during the pyrolitic cleaning cycle the outer door glass will become no hotter than 55°C. A removable roof liner collects the dirt & grease that accumulates on it, then it can be put in the dishwasher. The SCP112SGB comes with a digital electronic programmer with multi display, control lock & 2 halogen lamps for increased visibility inside the oven. The lamps are arranged asymmetrically to light the inside even better, eliminating dark corners.
