The Wilesco Showman's Engine is a fully working live steam engine from the range of Wilesco Hobby Technique. This technically perfect model has been painted in matching colors. A chemically black painted brass boiler which has a diameter of 1.8", length 7.3", boiler volume 14 in, with a water gauge glass. Powerful, double action reversible cylinder. Flywheel with a diameter of 3.2". The showman's engine can be run in forward or reverse depending on the movement of the flywheel. Spring loaded safety valve, steam regulator, steam whistle, steam jet oiler & footbridge, traditional chain steering. A clutch engaged gear wheel permits the use of the engine & the operation of the dynamo either stationary or driving. The dynamo illuminates the eight diodes mounted around the canopy of the engine.
