Strippy Stripey by Mandy Munroe Based on Seminole techniques, spots & stripes give this throw an up to date look! This quilt is a contemporary take on techniques developed by the Seminole Indians from the Everglades in Florida. The detailed & seemingly intricate work made from strips of fabric was prepared in bands & used to decorate clothing. The proportions used in this quilt are larger & therefore quicker to piece, making this an ideal weekend project. Finished
