Adjustable Waterproof Jacket with 3M Reflectors The Hurtta Outdoors Frost Jacket is aimed for walking in cold & windy conditions. As with all Hurtta coats, the jacket is designed to cover the key muscle groups, neck & rib cage, & it will not impede the dog's movement at all. It is made from soft-shell material, is lightweight & has a snug fit. It also has 3M reflectors on it to increase your dog's visibility.
