The Hurtta Motivation cooling jacket is designed to make your dog more comfortable in hot weather and when exposed to the sun. Ideal for summer training for active dogs, outdoor dog shows or anytime when your dog is more exposed to hot weather.
The coat cools the dog’s back and chest and helps to make the heat more tolerable for them. The coat has an adjustable belt and collar and a detachable belly flap. An opening on the back allows the leash to be fed through when using a harness.
How to Use:
Rinse the coat thoroughly in cold water. Wring dry carefully until the coat no longer drips. The coat works through the cooling effect caused by the water evaporating. The duration of the cooling effect depends on air temperature, humidity and the size of
the dog. The coat’s cooling effect reduces as the lining dries. Sizes: The cooling jacket comes in a variety of sizes and is based on the measurement of your dog's back, from their withers (centre of the shoulder blades) to the base of their tail. Make sure not to measure from the collar as the coat will be too big. If you measure between sizes, we recommend to come down a size. See the size guide tab above for
