The slip differential is an important feature, as it transfers power wherever it is needed, so it can handle slopes (up to 15 °) bumpy & uneven terrain & rough, bushy ground vegetation. Steel hand guards are included to protect the operator’s hands from thorns & other hazards. The drive & blade are independently controlled, by levers, for ease of operation. The front hatch lifts off very easily for servicing & maintenance inspection. The large rear wheels are fitted with 16”, high-floatation deeply grip-pattered pneumatic tyres, pre-filled with puncture sealant. Side-to-side manoeuvrability, tyre traction are helped by the adjustable cupped skid-shoes fitted to at the front of the deck. The spindle assembly is buttressed, in four directions, for extra protection.
