Combining a powerful vacuum with a built-in chipper-unit, the Mighty Mac VCB-2511 will collect, mulch & bag everything from leaves & pine cones through to substantial branches up to two-&-a-half inches thick. Power is delivered by a very high-performance 7hp Intek four-stroke overhead-valve engine from renowned U.S.-based manufacturers Briggs & Stratton. B & S’s Intek engines are packed with high-spec features, including AVS® vibration-reduction for smooth, low-wear operation; & a double-sealed cartridge-type air-filter for maximum protection of crucial parts. A Magnetron® electronic ignition works to eliminate starting-headaches. The suction-nozzle on the Mighty Mac VCB-2511 Vacuum Chipper Bagger measures an expansive 65cm, so large areas can be quickly covered; & it can be raised & lowered through six-steps to facilitate effective operation on a variety of surface-types. Once debris has been sucked-up, it’s sent through a heavy-duty chipper mechanism, where its volume is reduced to one-eighth of its original size, in turn saving-space space in the large-capacity collector (the bag is made from dense felt in order to prevent dust escaping). If the job requires the clearance of flowerbeds & similar awkward areas, then you might consider fitting the optional eight-metre hose-kit.
