The Al-Ko 4700BRV Powerline 3-in-1 Petrol Rotary Lawn Mower is a versatile, value-for-money machine, offering three operating modes: collection, rear-discharge & mulching. Equipped with a 46cm cutting-width, its variable-speed power-drive means that you can work at the best ground-speed for both the weather & the grass-type, while also making it far easier to control & manoeuvre when compared to a fixed-speed machine. Power comes from Briggs & Stratton’s superb 160cc 750-Series direct overhead-valve engine, which has an automatic choke for easy starting. A rugged, hardwearing machine, the Al-Ko 4700BRV features Al-Ko’s Ultramow pressed-steel deck. The deck’s single-piece design not only confers strength & durability, but also ensures the optimisation of under-deck aerodynamics, in turn guaranteeing a flawless finish & maximising collection efficiency. Smooth-running ball-bearing mounted wheels & aluminium handlebar-supports also enhance longevity (the handlebars can be quickly adjusted or folded for storage). Additional benefits include a centrally-adjusted seven-stage height-of-cut (30 – 80mm), so you can set the mower up to create your desired finish; & extra-large rear drive-wheels, which aid manoeuvrability & provide the traction required for a consistent cut. A large-capacity 70-litre collector is included.
