Under current legislation, this protector provides protection to all areas of the body, & is therefore suitable for use within the above measurements The structure of Back Warrior Z54 is a multi layered sandwich of materials, the first one of which is stiff & spreads the shock, while the second & third are progressively softer & absorb the energy of impact. The cubes shaping the inner & outer surface of Warrior Back are able to absorb & additional 20%of impact energy more than a simple plain surface, all while maintaining a great abrasion resistance. The inner surface has also been shaped in order to guarantee air circulation thus maintaining comfort, especially in warm climates. Spidi WARRIOR COMPACT 510, black WARRIOR 510: is designed to be fitted inside jackets. COMPACT WARRIOR 510: is smaller in size and more adaptable to smaller jackets. Individual protection complies with Directives 89/686/. The composition of the protector is made up of multiple layers. The first layer is designed for impact distribution, the second and third layers, in PE of different thickness, progressively absorb the energy of the collision. The &8220, blocks&8221, , located on the inside and outside of the protector, are produced by a thermal moulding process, and they give the protector an extra 20% resistance to impacts. The protector features high abrasive resistance. An innovate system of channels allows the air inside the protector to circulate, this assures optimum thermal
comfort and maintains an ideal microclimate inside the garment. A softer, low density PE material is applied to all the zones that come into contact with the torso. The transversal tapers, inspired by the structure of aircraft wings, guarantee optimum comfort and greater freedom of movement when riding.
