The Nolan N44 is the new, Crossover type touring helmet by Nolan, an evolution of the hugely successful N43E AIR in both functional & design terms. The Nolan N44 is a fully modular helmet, ideally responding to the needs of expert motorcyclists & suitable for both summer & winter use. Designed for urban riding, N44 is also ideally suitable for out-of-town touring, thanks to the adopted technical solutions, the product of several years of research & testing work aimed at achieving top results in terms of helmet comfort & state-of-the-art technology. Nolan&180, s N44 is equipped with the Microlock 2 (patent pending) double lever retention system. This system consists of a thermoplastic ergonomic opening lever, & of a second aluminium toothed & holding lever. The toothed lever releases the micrometric strip, thus the chin strap can only be open with a very broad rotation of the opening lever. This device minimizes the possibility of unintentional opening of the retention system. The VPS sun screen can be adjusted in two positions to provide the user with the best comfort: the first notch means that you can use the VPS in a slightly higher position, while the second notch
