Dietaroma has combined the benefits of charcoal & essential oils for an easier digestion. -Active charcoal: helps absorb gases that form during digestion, thus improving digestive comfort. -Mint & cumin essential oils, combined with dry fennel extract: help eliminate digestive discomfort. Ingredients: Charcoal: plant charcoal (58.7%), plant-based coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), corn starch, anticaking agent: magnesium stearate. Essential oils: Fennel seeds dry extract, emulsifier: soy lecithin, fish gelatin, glycerol monostearate, peppermint essential oil, vegetable oils, cumin fruit essential oil, water. Provides you (per recommended daily dosage): 324mg plant charcoal, 100mg fennel seed, 30mg peppermint essential oil, 20mg cumin essential oil. Use: Take 1 to 2 capsules of Actilege Charcoal a day with a glass of water, after meals or during digestive trouble + 1 capsule of Actilege Essential Oils during the meal.
