Our tasting notes are a guide & this chocolate will taste different to each & very individual. To Taste: Place a square of chocolate on your tongue. let it melt slowly. Notes: A rounded chocolate with a perfect balance between fruity, aromatic & bitter, with a long creamy finish. Think raisins, apples, cherries, green grass.
