This compost takes the drainage & aeration benefits of peat & adds the water retention features of John Innes (soil based compost), promoting well balanced growth. The addition of John Innes gives plants a heavy weight base making it the perfect choice for tall, top-heavy plants. * Uses: Ideal for sowing, taking cuttings, potting on & planting ericaceous plant varieties. * Feeding: The compost is supplied with enough nutrients to meet plant requirements for the first 3-4 weeks.
