Ronseal decking stain is designed for application with a brush and offers an opaquefinish meaningthat it covers up the grain structure of your decking in a similar way to paint. Whilst this product isconsidered by Ronseal to offer a high level of protection, inevitably, exterior 'surface coatings' willcome off over time. By their nature they are difficult to repair so it may be necessary to take off thefinish and start again if the finishshould peel and flake. It is a very waterrepellentproduct.Just 2 coats are required toobtain a protective layer that helps to
prevent scuff marks and scratches. It is ideal for both hard wood and soft wood decking such as pine, oak, teakand much more.
