Constructed from aluminium with specially designed interlocking sliding sections with large flat top rungs for comfort and safety, the ladder is supplied factory assembled saving you time and effort and comes complete with all required fixings plus trap door hinges - auto latch - pole and hook, with fully illustrated instructions. The ladder has a heavy duty pivot arm to control safe lowering of the ladder from the loft, it features a simple height adjustment, the top ladder section has pre-drilled holes to accept an optional handrail.
