One & a half miles from the coast & the pebble cove at Marsland Mouth, the sandy beach at Duckpool is half a mile further on & a village pub lies within a 20 minute stroll. Sea View is spacious, well-equipped & family friendly. A good-sized lounge has a cosy wood burning stove & the large conservatory has views towards the sea in the distance. Outside a large lawn is great for energetic children & dogs. Accommodation Ground floor: Entrance porch. Hall. Kitchen/breakfast room with electric double oven & ceramic hob, freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. L-shaped living room with TV, DVD, woodburning stove & sliding doors to large conservatory.
