Offering lovely views out over the countryside towards the Taw estuary & out to sea & with a private front patio great for relaxation & admiring the views. There are two cheerful bedrooms, a comfortable lounge, fitted kitchen & bathroom all on one level, although the cottage is accessed by steps from the garden. Accommodation Living room with TV & DVD. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, & fridge/freezer. Bed 1 with Double (plus child's z-bed on request). Bed 2 with Twin. Bathroom with h&-held shower over bath & separate shower cubicle, WC & basin. Facilities & Services Electric heating. Babysitting possible by arrangement. Stairgates & baby listening monitor available. Licensed bar with games & a selection of DVD's. Snooker room with full size table. Heated swimming pool (45' x 15'), enclosed under glass cover, with patio area & garden furniture. Large lawned area, ideal for ball games. Large trampoline (14') with full safety net. Laundry room available. Barbecue. Ample parking in courtyard. Indoor & outdoor children's play areas. Ref: N0440
