Product Description

The Old Stables Woolsery These former stables in the quiet village of Woolsery make a comfortable base from which to explore the North Devon countryside & nearby stunning coast line. It's an easy stroll to the village shop/ Post Office and local fish & chip shop & just a few minutes drive to the historic village of Clovelly. The wild & beautiful Hartland Peninsular is an unspoilt natural landscape where there are many footpaths, trails & coast paths to discover. Well converted & cosy The Old Stables is a single storey, detached property on a level plot. The lounge/diner & kitchen area are light & cheerful & there is a spacious double bedroom. The lovely lawned rear garden has a table & chairs & is perfect for relaxing after a day out & about. Accommodation Ground Floor: Open plan living/dining room with TV, DVD. Kitchen area with electric cooker. Bed 1 with Double. Shower room with shower cubicle, WC & basin. Facilities & Services Oil CH. Not suitable for babies. May suit partially disabled (1 internal step to shower only). Garden furniture. Private driveway parking. Ref: N1647
