Stable offers an attractive & well designed base with eco friendly underfloor heating. The welcoming open plan living/dining room has a vaulted ceiling, oak flooring & offers beautiful valley views. A high quality, well equipped kitchen will not disappoint & the bedroom has en suite facilities. Accommodation Ground Floor: Living/dining room with Smart TV, Blue-Ray DVD, Portable Blue tooth speaker/enabler for android telephones. Kitchen with electric hob & oven, fridge & microwave. Bed 1 with Double en suite shower room with WC & basin. Facilities & services: Air source underfloor heating. Garden furniture. Not suitable for babies or children. Shared utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer & drying facilities. Shared use of large meadow with picnic table & benches & ideal for dog walking. Secure storage for cycles, surfboards & kayaks. External water supply for cleaning. Allocated off road parking for 1 car. REF:STABHH
