Product Description

Primrose Cottage is a lovely traditional Cornish cottage which has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the space. This delightful cottage has thick stone walls & deep recesses with window seats from where you can admire the views of the delightful gardens. Outside is a private patio with garden furniture, plenty of off-road parking & a garden & brick barbeque with seating area which is shared with Sarahs Cottage. Accommodation: Ground floor: Entrance into open plan kitchen/dining room with electric oven & hob, microwave & fridge. Separate sitting room with a large granite fireplace that houses a flame effect woodstove. Downstairs bathroom with bath, hand held shower attachment & basin. Separate WC. First floor: Bedroom 1 with 4 Poster Double. Bedroom 2 with 26 Bunks suitable for children. Facilities & services: NS heaters. Shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer & freezer (small charge for washing maching & tumble dryer). Shared games room with table tennis table, football table, bodyboards & a variety of books & childrens games. Garden furniture. Shared barbecue. Ample private parking. Ref: PRIMR1
