Accommodation Ground floor: Stable door entrance, to central hallway. Living room with log burner, TV & DVD. Kitchen/ Dining room with fridge/freezer & dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer. Further large utility area for storage & access to front & rear gardens. Bed 1 with King & en suite shower room with WC & basin. Bed 2 with Twin (option to Superking with zip n link). Bed 3 with Twin. Bed 4 with Twin (26" mattress suitable for children). Bathroom with bath & shower attachment over bath, WC & basin. Facilities & Services Electric NSH. Payphone (no mobile signal). Initial supply of seasoned logs from owners farm. Enclosed garden. Garden furniture. Ample private parking for 4 cars. Ref: MOON1
