Spectacular views, steep hills, woods, rivers & valleys are right on the doorstep. A peaceful natural habitat for wildlife, Exmoor's famous red deer are regularly spotted in nearby fields. Guests can walk to historic Hunters Inn right in the heart of the beautiful Heddon Valley & Parracombe with its village pub & stores is three miles away. Mannacott Farm is traditionally furnished with a large & welcoming farmhouse kitchen, a cosy wood burner in the lounge & two spacious bedrooms. Accommodation Ground floor: Entrance hall. Living room with woodburner, TV & DVD. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, freezer, washing machine & electric log effect fire. Bed 1 with Double. Bed 2 with Double and 2'6" single. Bathroom with electric shower over bath, heated towel rail, WC & basin. Facilities & Services Linen & towels provided. NS heating. Logs available locally. Garden furniture. Private off- road parking.
