Dining room with stereo. Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer & dishwasher. Utility/cloakroom with washing machine & tumble dryer. WC & basin. First floor: Bed 1 with King & ensuite shower cubicle only. Bed 2 with Twin & portable TV/DVD. Bathroom with roll top bath with fitted shower over bath, WC & basin. Facilities & Services: Oil CH. Complimentary logs provided. BBQ. Garden furniture. Stairgate available. Telephone. 1 off road parking space with additional parking on roadside.
