The Northam Burrows Country Park is nearby, & the picturesque fishing village of Appledore or the superb beach of Westward Ho! is 5 minutes' drive Accommodation: Ground floor: Hallway. Lounge/diner with gas fire in feature fireplace, TV, CD/radio, grand piano & access via ramp walk-way to rear garden. Dining area. Kitchen with gas cooking range (with 4 rings + griddle), dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Bed 1 with King, basin, en-suite shower room with WC. Bed 2 with Double & basin. Separate WC.
