Dune View Instow Dune View is a light & bright holiday home just two minutes from the sandy beach at Instow. A short stroll from the village amenities scattered along the estuary, the property is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac yet benefits from lovely sea views from several rooms. The house is well decorated throughout & splashes of colour lend a cheerful aura. The lounge opens into a good-sized kitchen/diner & patio doors lead to a fully-enclosed back garden. The rear lawn is ideal for children & pets & older guests can relax & soak up the sea views over a glass of something chilled. Accommodation Ground floor: Living room with gas fire, TV/DVD. Archway to kitchen/diner with electric cooker, small freezer, washer/dryer & dishwasher. Reception room/ Bed 3 with double bed settee, TV/DVD & patio doors to rear garden. First floor: Bed 1 with Double. Bed 2 with Twin 2'6" beds, can be made to double on request. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC & basin. Facilities & Services No towels. Gas CH. Enclosed back garden. Garden furniture. Private off road parking. Ref: N1093
