Lynton enjoys a wide range of local facilities & an exhilarating cliff walk or a breathtaking ride on the famous water powered funicular railway brings you to the picturesque harbour & rocky beach of the twin village of Lynmouth. Accommodation Ground floor: Hall. Living/dining room with TV, video & DVD. Sun lounge. Kitchen with electric oven & hob & compact fridge/freezer. Utility room with washer/dryer & small additional fridge. A small chest freezer in the sun lounge. Bed 1 with Double & en suite shower room with WC & basin. Bed 2 with Twin. Bed 3 with Double. Bathroom with bath & fitted shower over bath, WC & basin. Facilities & Services Oil CH. Telephone for incoming & emergency calls only. £100 refundable security deposit required.
