Britton Lodge Braunton Britton Lodge is a character Edwardian dormer bungalow in the heart of Braunton village, within a short stroll of the shops, pubs & restaurants & close to the Tarka Trail. The ground floor offers a comfortable & cosy sitting room, oak galley kitchen with adjoining breakfast room as well as a double bedroom. The first floor is accessed via fairly steep stairs & offers a further two bedrooms. With a mature garden & patio to the rear, Britton Lodge is ideally situated for enjoying the village & its amenities & as a base for exploring the coastline & scenery of North Devon. Accommodation Ground floor: Hall. Living room with TV, DVD & gas fire. Oak fitted kitchen with slate worktops & electric cooker (ceramic hob), dishwasher & washer/dryer. Breakfast room. Utility area with additional fridge/freezer leading to WC & basin. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower over bath & basin. Separate WC. Bed 1 with Double. First floor: Bed 2 with Twin. Bed 3 with Twin.
