A dual aspect open plan living/dining room enjoys breath taking views and patio doors lead out to a balcony ideal for refreshing breakfasts & relaxing evenings watching the magnificent sunsets over the sea. Two attractive bedrooms & two bathrooms provide an ideal base for families & couples Accommodation: 35 steps up to First floor: Living/dining room with TV, DVD. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer & washing machine. Bed 1 with Double. Bed 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, hand held shower, WC & basin. Separate shower room with WC & basin. Facilities & Services: Electric heating. Family parties only. Use of heated indoor swimming pool. Communal ground floor room with large coin operated tumble dryer & payphone. 1 allocated parking space. BBQ's are not permitted on the complex. Ref: NP009
