The MAX4427 is a dual non-inverting monolithic power MOSFET driver designed to convert TTLCMOS inputs to high voltagecurrent outputs. Delay times are virtually independent of VDD & the high current output drivers rapidly charge & discharge the gate capacitance of even the largest power MOSFETs to within millivolts of the supply rails. This produces the power MOSFETs minimum on resistance. The high speed device is ideal for switching power supplies & DCDC convertors as it minimises power loses. The device has easy-to-drive inputs that should be connected to ground if unused. Drivers can be paralleled by connecting both inputs & outputs together. Supplied in an 8-pin DIL package.
