Vehicle Systems Installation Board approved installer. Upon making the phone call a date for the installation that is convenient to both parties will then be arranged. The installation can take place at a location of your choice be that at work or at home. This means that there is no need to take any time off work whilst your stereo or amplifier is fitted An am or pm appointment is confirmed and on the date of installation the user can call Unicar back to get a more accurate idea of the time that the installation engineer is likely to arrive. The installation covers basic consumable parts but additional items that may be required for a successful installation are not included. These include such items as aerial adaptors loom plug adaptors fascias smart leads speed pulse generators cambus
interfaces or brackets. Upon booking the installation the call-centre will advise of any additional parts which are likely to be required for the installation and the option will be given to purchase such parts over the phone or the customer will be able to purchase these from elsewhere in their own time. This service is only available for eligible products purchased from Maplin Electronics Ltd. - please see table below. The installation service must be ordered at the same time as the product to be fitted in order to be valid. This service is not available in the Republic of Ireland.
