Product Description

This range of three terminal standard voltage regulators provides an economical & attractive alternative to branded manufacturers products. Output voltages for the three devices are 5V 12V & 15V with an output regulation figure of plusmn 4. Maximum input voltage is 35 Volts & the devices are supplied in the standard TO220 package which does require a heatsink if high power dissipation is required. Note that the devices are all internally short circuit & thermal overload protected & will shut down when such conditions occur. Data sheets are available.
