The two new models are rated at 30 & 40 litres extraction rate per day & are aimed at the hire fire & flood restoration archive & building management sectors. The philosophy behind the new dehumidifiers is to keep the operation as simple as possible for the operator whilst at the same time using the latest research & technologies to make the internals as efficient as possible. Everything about these dehumidifiers has been designed to make every part of their operation as perfect as possible transferring theoretical perfection from the design documents through to the production line. This immense research & development effort has resulted in two dehumidifiers that deliver outstanding performance whilst using the minimum amount of energy drying the air in as short a time frame as possible. The use of a strong plastic casing instead of a metal housing was a conscious decision to keep cost to a minimum at a time when budgets are being reduced & funding is tight. The plastic casing keeps the weight as well as the cost down which makes both dehumidifiers more practical for use in the majority of applications.
