The barn (you are downstairs & just up the lane from the owner's farmhouse) is simply furnished & ideal as a based for touring the area and therefore is priced sensibly. Its location is stunning: tucked down a lovely valley, with nothing but birdsong & 'mooing' of cattle to break the silence. Internally the accommodation is set out on one level, with an open plan kitchen/living/dining room, plus two bedrooms. While well away from the hustle of daily life, the cottage is approx 7 miles from Bath, this is great choice of self catering accommodation for combining the peace of the countryside with the attractions of the beautiful city of Bath at a superb price.. The farm is located at the end of a long drive & is the set of buildings for miles, with only fields surrounding.
