Spring Cottage is very much, & every inch, the quintessential English & Cotswolds' cottage. An 18th Century cottage set in an adorable little village just outside Bibury (near Burford), it offers guests a wonderful option to sample the Cotswolds' at its most charming best. Overlooking a beautiful garden & with a river gently meandering past its foot, you have the true picture-postcard location in just about every sense. Inside each room throughout the cottage has a warm, welcoming feel, with delightful views across the open countryside or village. We particularly adore the garden-to-river view from the cottage along with the seats perched on the rivers' edge from which to enjoy the world drift past, it is about as serene a location as you could possibly imagine. The village of Winson is so typically Cotswolds that it is hard to imagine that anything has changed in the last 200 years, except for the odd car tootling through the local lanes... This is a family & friends' location, a chance to enjoy the fresh air, walking into Bibury (and the pubs of course) or to simply take in some breathtaking views on the many paths peppered across the landscape.
