Stairs leading to first floor. Kitchen/ Diner (not photgraphed), well equipped, with electric hob, oven & grill, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining Table with 5 chairs, & doors leading to garden area. First Floor Bedroom One with king size double bed & wardrobe with shelving & hanging space. Bedroom Two with standard double bed, wardrobe. Bathroom with lovely claw foot, roll top bath, separate shower, WC & washbasin Second Floor Bedroom Three with single bed. This room is available at no extra cost but please note that as it is in the eves of the building, there is limited head height at certain points. Please note the stairs to this property are quite steep not suitable for small children / people with limited mobility. Outside The cottage has a sweet enclosed garden to the rear, with lovely views across unspoilt countryside. To the front the cottage in on the road into the village, & therefore has good access into Stow on the Wold, up the hill on a footpath. One Pet Welcome. Children Welcome. Cot & High Chair supplied. Wifi available & incl. Extra bed included at no extra cost, but please advise at time of booking. Parking is available, across the road, directly opposite the cottage.
