ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to hallway, leading to open plan living space. Kitchen, fully fitted, is an individually designed open plan space which is comprehensively equipped with a double oven & grill, a five-ring gas hob, & all the essentials for modern family living including a washer dryer, family-sized built in fridge freezer, dishwasher & built in microwave. Living/ Dining area is presented in a restrained d?cor with natural hardwood floors which together provide an easy, comfortable, relaxing ambience. There are two two/three-seat leather sofas, set beside a modern wood-burning stove, a flat screen TV, DVD & Digibox, & a broad pair of sliding floor-to-ceiling doors which open onto the sun deck which provides a beautiful, uninterrupted view of the lake & surrounding nature reserve, & a nine-seat table for family dining. The interior dining area has a table for ten. Cloakroom with WC & washbasin First Floor, Bedroom Two with a double bed plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower over with WC & washbasin. There is also a balcony overlooking the lagoon. Bedroom Three with two single beds & balcony too! Bedroom Four with two single beds Bedroom Five with single bed. Family Bathroom with bath, shower, WC & washbasin Second Floor Master Bedroom, with double-bed, fitted wardrobes & Ensuite Bathroom with bath (shower over) WC & washbasin. The room is a pleasantly private space, occupying the whole of the second floor & enjoying panoramic views. OUTSIDEThe sun deck opens directly onto a grassed area leading down onto the lake. The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, & bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) & eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium & an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials. As a guest, unlimited access to Artspa is included in your stay! Please advise Manor Cottages at the time of booking if your party is a single sex group. Cot & high chair available at additional charge of £10.00 each. No Smoking. Friday changeovers only, or Mondays for Short breaks (to Friday). Other dates will be considered only at short notice. Easter (High Season) at Clearwater runs from 20 March to 17 April please note.
