This particular holiday cottage has many positive elements as well as its location but in particular it has access to a large & private garden area which sits overlooking the lake & which is exclusive to guests in this cottage! Internally, the owner has maintained the cottage to a high standard & provides a contemporary holiday home ideal for families or small groups alike. Naturally the outdoor facilities, including the outdoor heated pool & tennis court not to mention the endless walks & cycle rides make this a very desirable cottage. This can of course be booked with other cottages located nearby within the Lower Mill Village. ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to hallway with cloakroom & oak flooring throughout the ground floor.. Living / Dining Room, a lovely large & open plan room, leading to kitchen. Living / Dining Room with two large sofas, wood burning stove, large TV with freeview, DVd & video, plus doors to terrace area. Dining Area with table & chairs for six people (plus one if required) Utility Room with washing machine. Cloakroom with WC & washbasin, plus hooks etc for coats.
