Keep your eyes 'peeled' for some of the local wildlife incl deer, badgers & foxes.ACCOMMODATION (all on one level) Entrance through to hallway Kitchen, fully equipped with halogen hob, electric grill & oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave plus dining table & four chairs. Dining Room with table & four chairs, plus Welsh dresser. Living Room with large sofa, two armchairs, woodburning stove, large TV with Freeview, DVD player & CD player with docking station. Bedroom One, large room, 5ft double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, Ensuite Shower Room with WC & washbasin Bedroom Two, large again, with two 3ft single beds (can be made together if required), wardrobe with shelving plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath WC & washbasin. Outside The cottage enjoys uninterrupted views from its private location. The Cottage is entirely self-contained, with its own private grounds & access, from where it enjoys magnificent uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside There is a 'crow's nest' deck area which is built into the hillside with table & chairs. There are many walks to choose from direct from the front door. Sorry No Pets. No Children under 8 please. Off street parking (under cover) for at least two cars. Mobile phone & broadband reception are 'OK'. Oil fired heating throughout.
