- 3 night break mid & low season.ACCOMMODATIONKitchen, with electric hob & oven, microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Wooden work surfaces match well with the cool colours. Cleverly designed around the chimney breast a dining area with space for four or five people. Living Area is very welcoming with many traditional features mixed with some delightful contemporary touches; large sofa, armchair & further seat, flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player & electric flame effect fire. First Floor Bedroom One with double bed, chest of drawers plus hanging space. Lovely view Bedroom Two with single bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers, lovely views again! Bathroom One with bath, hand held shower, WC & washbasin Second Floor Bedroom Three (Master) with double bed, chest of drawer & wardrobe. Bathroom Two with shower, WC & washbasin Outside There is a garden to the side of the property, but as often the case with some Cotswold quirks, it is located across the walkway, Approx. 5 paces away! There is a quiet & enclosed gravelled area with table & chairs for six people, a grassed area plus a small bothy with table & chairs plus hanging lines for wet clothing. The Tollgate pub is Approx. 50 yards away too! One Small Pet Welcome, but must not be allowed upstairs or on furniture. Cot & High Chair available. Wi Fi available. Underfloor heating & electric heating throughout. Please note, due to the stairs, babes in arms & children aged 5+ only. Friday Changeover please, Any Day considered out of season
