Situated in a prime spot overlooking Somerford Lagoon, one of the Cotswold lakes, this cosy holiday home is absolutely ideal for a family or small group of friends looking to enjoy the peace of this region of the Cotswolds & yet also interested in visiting many of the area's popular attractions. The surrounding area is one of the UK's largest Wildlife Reserves still in private hands & offers an abundance of walks, wildlife & outdoor 'stuff' to get stuck into. Inside the cottage is spacious & modern, with accommodation suitable for four or six, (if the 3rd bedroom with the extra beds* are utilised). The open plan living space with its cool wooden flooring has a fresh (almost Scandinavian!) feel, along with doors to a private, enclosed balcony overlooking the lake. Buttercup sits within a private and gated community, which has access to an outdoor heated pool (seasonal), tennis court, & miles of cycle & walking trails for people of all ages to enjoy, along with village pub within a mile.
