Batemans is an excellent three storey, Cotswold cottage situated in the heart of the attractive market town of Nailsworth. Tucked away down a quiet lane, this stylish & 'luxuriously furnished cottage' (recent guest comment) has many features sure to make your stay a pleasant one, including its quality furnishings throughout, plenty of books, CDs, DVDsand Wifi, & its peaceful garden overlooking a bubbling stream. The property also has the benefit of off-street parking for two cars. Within walking distance there are numerous shops (as well as Tesco Express, Co-Op & Morrisons), cafes, restaurants (including Wild Garlic, Oldstone & The Olive Tree and The Britannia), a pub & the award winning Hobbs House Bakery & William's Kitchen & Oyster Bar.ACCOMMODATION: Ground Floor to entrance hall, with Cloakroom: WC & washbasin. Kitchen, excellent, fully fitted with facilities including NEFF 5 ring gas cooker with double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave. Sitting/ Dining room with large sofas, flat screen TV / DVD, gas fire, CD / Radio, iPod Dock and doors out to enclosed garden (which also has side access) that overlooks a trout stream. Dining table comfortably seats 6 people. First Floor Stairs to landing: Bedroom Two, with twin beds, fitted wardrobe & views towards the town. Bedroom Three with large single bed. Family Bathroom, generously-sized with WC, washbasin & bath with power shower over, heated towel rail. Second Floor Master Bedroom. Large room with King-Size bed, small flatscreen TV/DVD, dressing area & wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC & washbasin, heated towel rail. Central Heating & Electricity included all year. No cot or High Chair provided. Private parking for two cars. No Pets. No Smokers. Babes in arms welcome, otherwise please No children under 12. Free wifi.
